Huge congratulations to Gilbert & Goode’s Tremena View, St Erth site team who have been awarded “The Bricks Site Recognition Award” by warranty provider, LABC. The well deserving site team were presented with the award, by Gregg Baldry LABC Regional Manager, who was very complimentary of the site during his visit. Senior Site Manager at Tremena View, Shaun Hill, was thrilled with the recognition for the site team commenting:
‘We have a long-standing relationship with our Warranty Provider, LABC Warranty, and are familiar with their expectations, which is why we hold ourselves in high regard for the homes we build. Gilbert & Goode are known for running safe, tidy, and well-organised sites. Our inspections were carried out with minimal defects to be corrected and we also implemented best practices to keep our inspection scores high. Other aspects that are reviewed by the Inspector’s site visit are our welfare set ups. We’ve provided great quality welfare compounds including the offices, meeting rooms, canteens, drying rooms, toilet and wash up facilities. They are cleaned weekly and maintained to ensure everyone that works or visits are sites are catered for. Tremena View has also been able to accommodate an offsite carpark which has ensured we are not impacting the existing development where parking is limited for its own residents. All these things compliment the overall score of the development.”
Gilbert & Goode would like to extend our thanks to LABC inspector Marc Jones who has been very helpful throughout the build process. Lastly the recognition could not be achieved without the hard work of every team member involved in the development. The feedback from customers has been a testament to all the hard work and care taken to ensure we build good quality homes, so well done to everybody involved. Achieving these standards comes from the meticulous attention to detail from our site management at every stage, supported by all other departments across our business.
