Emma Coltham

Sales & Marketing Manager

Emma brings a wealth of experience in property development to her role. She joined the company in 2017 as Sales Coordinator and ascended to Sales & Marketing Manager. In her current position, Emma oversees the sales and marketing departments at Gilbert & Goode. She is responsible for creating strategic sales plans and forecasts, building relationships with customers, agents, and solicitors, and ensuring that her team delivers exceptional customer service.

Emma’s achievements include spearheading the sales initiatives at Copper Hills, a premier Gilbert & Goode development that introduced 125 new homes. She also overseas our current projects: The Maltings, Merton, The Grove, Folly Gate and Tremena View, St Erth.

Caroline Wheeleker

Pre-Construction Director 

Caroline is Pre-Construction Director at Gilbert & Goode with responsibility for finding and delivering into the business the land needed for our open market, affordable own build and land led contracting opportunities.

Caroline has over 25 years’ experience in the Planning & Development sector and has been a Chartered Member of the Royal Town Planning Institute since 1998.   The past 15 years’ have been spent working for a number of housebuilders at both a national and regional level in the South West region.  Her experience covers land acquisition, obtaining planning consents, with her particular interest in strategic land identification and promotion.

Andy Holder

Head of Commercial

Andy has joined Gilbert & Goode as the Head of Commercial, following his previous position as Commercial Director at Boklok, a modular housing developer.

With nearly 20 years of experience in the industry, Andy has worked across both contracting and development businesses, overseeing commercial activities from project inception to completion.

He is a strong advocate for partnering with the supply chain to drive continuous improvement through shared learnings and has a keen interest in utilising Modern Methods of Construction (MMC) where the benefits are clear.
