We are delighted to announce the acquisition of our latest site in Cornwall. The development, named Even Tide, is situated in the charming seaside town of Hayle, and includes planning permission for 85 quality new build homes.
Even Tide will comprise of 60 open market sale and 25 affordable homes offering a stunning collection of two, three and four bedroom properties. The development will also feature landscaped spaces, parking facilities, and be perfectly placed to access the abundance of local amenities that Hayle has to offer its residents. Even Tide will be our second project in Hayle, following the success of our Copper Hills scheme, now a thriving neighbourhood setting.
